Can I set Print & Delivery to automatically request a Read Receipt on an Outlook email?

The customer wants to send emails from SAP B1 - and have the email funciton "read receipt" turned on for those emails send in Outlook - so that they can confirm that the emails have been received and read/opened.  

This will allow them to confirm that the documents have been recieved by the customers - so that they can track progress effectively.
