Task starts and runs but nothing happens

I am using :

Running server component tasks manually with Windows task scheduler – Boyum Helpcenter (boyum-it.com)

to run the UFFI to only execute when a new file is created, however it runs and renames the file as _boyum_in_progress it stalls and never imports the file and remains "in progress".

Do more people have these experience or am i just trying to pull something that actually cannot be done ?
