B1UP Validation on add or update document

Dear All,

We can add a validation on the add/update button on each SAP form to control some variables before adding/updating the form.

 

However,

when i change my form and I press the escape button for example, SAP asks with a system message if i would like to save the changes. When i press "yes" the changes are done without passing my validation.

 

I know it is possible to add another vallidation on the system message for example, but i am curious if i can combine these options under 1 B1UP validation. It would save a lot of time/configurations.

  Hello Toine,

  What we suggest here is that you use the Event Data Add instead of the Click on the Add button. This will make sure that the validation will always be executed =)
