Sales order (with precalculation) to work order Respondida

Hello,

my customer creates workorder directly from sales order; sales order rows often are linked to a precalculation therefore the created workorders reflect the structure of the precalculation instead of the structure of the actual bom/routing. 

Is there a setting to avoid this behavior (workorder structure = bom structure even with precalculation)?

Or is there a way to change it through beas script?
