Preview a document as draft with Print & Delivery

Is there a way to preview a document as a draft in SAP?

I have created a crystal that accesses the ODRF table, but when I click the Preview button, it returns the following error:

Unable to run B1 Print & Delivery in Add or Update mode since Crystal Reports requires data in the database.

 

Any idea how to do it?

  B1 Print and Delivery does not officially support draft documents because they are in another table and since data on the screen is in add mode at the time we cannot with guarantee ensure that data on screen and data in ODRF table is the same.

  So out of the box we block action on draft documents.

  If you can live with above limitation and create a Crystal that work against the ODRF we have a hidden feature to allow action to happen anyway (You have to go to the BOY_85_BASECONFIG UDT, set a Y in column "Allow draft printing" and restart B1UP)
