Add read only ability on separate item / service in marketing forms in Sap like in ar invoice

The need to use the options available with right click is always an good experience for clients , some of them use the read only option to limit the users option in certain forms. But when we see the permissions options for AR invoice item and service are bound together and leave no option to separate and control them in regarding authorizations .

I know that the workaround is to create this as a B1 Validation system using a UF type Macro with the command "Disable". Here is more information about this bellow  but want to see more things that work out of the box.

  I'm afraid this is not planned and you need to use the workaround. One thing is item/service but there is also summary version and it would confuse to much that you need to set up 2 configs per document.
