Universal Function - SQL Report Total for 2 Columns

I have two columns where I want to display Total. I selected both columns as Sum under Format Wizard but only one column sum is displayed when I run the UF- SQL query. Am I missing anything?

  Can you please add some screenshots of the report and the Wizard configuration?
