Line Loop with approval procedure Respondida

  Hello Carlos,

  What you need to do to make an approval procedure is the following:

  -Create a UDF at header level with 2 possible values, for example "Yes" and "No".

  -Add this UDF to the main field.

  -Create a LineLoop that validates the unit price.

  -Create a UF Tyme Macro that change the value of the UDF if at least one of the prices are not ok. 

  -Create a B1 Validation System that executes this lineloop before SAP creates a document.

  -Create an Approval Procedure in SAP that validates if the UDF has the value that corresponds to be executed.

  Hi Yaremi,

  I created a UDF with a format search with validation of % margin, this give me 0 or 1, but then i finded a document of boyum: Line Loop Validate unit price is less than item cost.pdf, this works to creation of document, but i want an approval procedure.

   

  

  

  But i dont know how integrate with line loop and AP

  I did a line loop then a macro then AP.
