    Hi Lior,

Sorry for taking long to answer. It seems like you basucally want to change the layout of the sales order based on the numbering series. This can be done with B1UP with the Show and Hide command inside a macro. You can even hide multiple tabs and remain with a tab that you can add which can list the related activities in a form of a table.

You can look into the following example, to understand how those commnads work:

    Hope this helps your question,

    Hi Lior,

Can you please more details on the request?

Do you mean to be able to control the PLD form to choose based on the numbering series of the document?

    Thanks, Naama

    Hi Naama,

I wish to use the sales order in SAP B1 for 2 purposes: regular sales order, recording customer complaints.

Customer complaint header should hold links to 2 customer information (code+name+main contact details) other descripition fields and Customer complaint lines should hold links to activities(a complaint can be linked to more then one activity).

I thought to use the sales order with another Tab that will hold all of the above field created as UDF.  The user will open the window and change the numbering series in order to automatically review the new tab or will go through a new menu item that will automatically will show the sales order on the new tab.

Does it sound like something I can create using B1UP or should I implement this using a UDO?

    Thanks,

    Lior
