Calendar List View
AnsweredIs it possible to have a list view on the calendar that shows all items (according to the SQL query) without having to flick through a date range? Outlook and most other calendars have a list view where it will show all the items in a list with their start and end dates/times.

It sounds like what you describe is the Agenda View. Is below what you are after?

Agenda view is still limited by a date range so anything outside this date range (using the upper limit) you will have to flick to another page to view it. It's not a true 'List View'.

You can control the number of days in the agenda-view in the settings (up to 100 days at the time) ... If we made it endless the system would need to scan all objects and that would be bad for performance.

Hi Rasmus Jensen,
I wanted to follow up on this one with another question. What is the maximum number of items that will fit on the agenda view for 1 day?
In the end my goal is to get as many items on the agenda view (service calls allocated to a Q tech) in one day/period without duplication of information.

As far as I know there is no upper limit, other than performance and the human factor to have an overview of them all (theory says that a list of over 200 entries are very hard for humans to overview), so if you have that much data you might need a more specialized tool/add-on to get the overview.
