Is it possible to have open delivery documents added to the crm for outlook ribbon. The reason for this is that there is a gap when trying to locate customers orders. Part of what a customer uses CRM for outlook for is to check the status of their order. They can track the quotes, deliveries, invoices, opportunities and activities but not deliveries.
If a customer emails to see where their order is and it has been delivered but not invoiced then there is no visibility of this on CRM for outlook. It won't be in open sales orders and it won't be on open invoices. This means the user needs to open up SAP to see where it is, which is fine but it would be better if it is there as an option on the ribbon to increase productivity.
