Same work order cannot login twice

Hello ,

We login work order from terminal. Our employee by mistake login two times into same work order. If Person  login twice in the same work order then our cost will be double. So how we can prevent user to login twice? We want to block login to users if once he already login. He can login Other work orders only same work order can't
