Performance improvement for document preview and printing in connection with Exchange mail sending

Hello,

we have identified a performance issue in the B1 Usability Package (B1UP) when previewing and printing SAP documents such as sales quotations and invoices. The root cause of this issue appears to be the Exchange authentication process required for emailing these documents.

Currently, the Exchange authentication is triggered even when there is no email action involved, which unnecessarily delays the preview and printing process.

We request that the Exchange authentication only be performed when an email action is initiated.
