However, the current iteration of B1 Print and Delivery primarily focuses on email notifications tied to specific document updates such as Sales Orders and AR Invoices. While this functionality is commendable for order confirmation and dispatch updates, it lacks flexibility in sending emails directly to customers without tethering to a specific document.
An essential feature enhancement that would significantly augment the utility of B1 Print and Delivery is the ability to send proactive, scheduled emails to customers regarding general updates, such as weekly delivery schedules, without being reliant on individual documents. Presently, this limitation inhibits users from efficiently conveying critical information to customers in a comprehensive manner.
To address this gap, we propose the incorporation of a feature enabling users to compile and send consolidated email notifications to customers, encompassing a singular list of all pertinent orders within a specified timeframe. This functionality would empower users to streamline communication processes, enhance transparency, and proactively engage customers with relevant updates, ultimately bolstering customer satisfaction levels.
By implementing these features, B1 Print and Delivery will evolve into an even more indispensable tool for businesses seeking to optimize customer communication and enhance overall satisfaction.
