Boyum seems to be blocking a user from a field, how?Answered
I have a user who is approving a SO, but cannot do so, the Approved field was made 'read only' using Boyum add on, so we changed it but still cannot update this field unless I deactivate the add on altogether. Are there other updates we need to make to allow this field to be editable?
In the Read Only configuration window, you should be able to nominate which user is set as Read Only and which user is not. Are you saying this is not working for you ? If yes, please write to email@example.com.

Thank you both for these possible options.
I am on 9.0 at the moment, so its not a 9.2 issue.
But perhaps I missed the user in the users list approved to change this field, Ill double check to confirm.
