    HI John

    There are 2 ways in doing it. You can create 3 UDFs that duplicate their values, then in CRM for Outlook ribbon, you can select to view them. (You can also update them as well if you have the right license and authority)

    A second way is to write a SQL report that shows the values of these 3 fields and then install the report on the ribbon.

    As I mentioned, we want this without having to use UDFs or a report, hence why I've put in a feature request :)
