In order to change your e-mail address in the Help Center, please click the profile icon in the upper-right corner and select "My Profile":
Under my profile, click the "Edit profile" button:
From this view, you're able to change your e-mail. Please note that your Portal e-mail and Help Center e-mails need to match in order to see ticket history from requests sent from the Portal Support Web Form.
