Partner Program - Reference Program FAQ

Q: What is the process for participating in the reference program?

A: It's easy! - Fill out the form at https://www.boyum-solutions.com/reference with all the details or set up a call with our marketing team. We'll prepare the slide and send it for your approval through DocuSign. Nothing will be released without your approval and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us a marketing@boyum-it.com. 

Q: Do partners earn Partner Program points from references?

A: Yes, any new and approved reference (reference slide, written success story or blog - interview, audiovisual success story)  grants points and these are valid for one (1) year as the rest of the Partner Program points.

Q: How many success stories count towards earning Partner Program points?

A: A total of 4 success stories will grant Partner Program points per year. This means, if a partner participates in 5 reference slides, the partner will only earn 20,000 points (4 stories, 5,000 points each)

Q: How many Partner Program points can a partner earn with a success story?

A: It will depend on the success story type: any new reference slide is 5,000 points, any new written success story or blog - interview is 10,000 points, any new audiovisual success story (Video/Podcast + written material related to it) is 15,000 points and any new success story with SAP - Video (Video + slide related to video) is 20,000 points.

Q: How long will a success story be valid for the Partner Program?

A: It will be valid for 12 months from the moment that our Marketing team approves the story. Therefore, a partner needs to create success stories on a yearly basis.

Q: If a partner participates in a video with SAP for a success story, how many points will the partner earn?

A: The partner will get 20,000 points after approval of all parties (Customer, Boyum IT, and the partner) for all the tasks included when creating the video, including the slide or any written material with the information related to the success story.

Q: If a partner participates in audiovisual material for a success story, how many points will the partner earn?

A: The partner will get 15,000 points after approval of all parties (Customer, Boyum IT, and the partner) for all the tasks included when creating the video or audio (podcast), including the slide or any written material with the information related to the success story.
