Planned changes for CRM for Outlook 2022.x releases (6 months early warning)

As we are roughly 6 months away from the first 2022.x release I wanted to give you an update on the expected changes for the CRM for Outlook next year so you have time to prepare.

Please note that with all future plans this is of cause subject to change.

Planned Changes

SAP Business One 10 only (no more support for 9.3 and 32-bit)

As already announced here, Boyum Products will from 2022 require SAP Business One 10 as the minimum required version of SAP Business One. This means that all 2022.x release of CRM for Outlook will only be released for SAP Business One 10. So if you are still on SAP Business One 9.3 it is time to upgrade.
