Changing the service layer URL can result in error emails if this is done incorrectly and there already exists an active schedule.
The reason for these error emails is that a schedule for settings exchange rates for the old URL is still active in the cloud and will continue to attempt settings the exchange rates following the old schedule.
To avoid this scenario please follow these steps when changing your service layer URL
- Go to the exchange rate configuration and disable the running schedule.
- Go to the service layer configuration and change the service layer URL
- Go to the exchange rate configuration and reactivate the schedule

A: If possible change the service layer URL back to the old one,and then follow the steps described above
Q: What if i cannot remember my old service layer URL and i have changed it without disabling my schedules first.
A: The schedule associated with the old service layer URL will deactivate after 3 days, with it cannot connect to the old service layer.
