 - New Features
    - CyberSource: Added option to decide how soft declines are handled [TFS27772] 

 - Changed Features
   - Added explanation as to why email setup in the server component is a good idea
   - The Credit Card Expiration menu item is now also available under the Reports folder in the iPayment menu structure
   - Zero amount sales orders will not affect the Sales order Approval status anymore [TFS28365]
   - PayNow links will now be removed if the import fails to prevent retrying them indefinitely, the user will be informed of the error and need to take manual steps to resolve the problem
   - Settlements can now be performed on documents dated with a future Posting Date (both regular settlements and PayNow links) [TFS28664]

 - Bug Fixes
   - Fixed that you could create schedules with the end date before the start date [TFS24551]
   - Fixed a display bug that would cause PayNow entries on the Action Log to appear as 'Error' despite being successful. [TFS27577]
   - Fixed that Authorize.Net running with European Processor options enabled would fail to add a dummy email to One-time cards 
   - Fixed that if you tried to authorize on a zero amount sales order you would correctly get a message this can not be done but it still opened the Auth. screen and if you pressed it you got an unexpected error. Now the screen auto-close.
