- New Features
  - All screens now have a small blue Help-button in the top-right corner making F1 Help more discoverable.

- Changed Features
  - Server Component Monitor for 'Add Credit Card' and 'Pay Now Link' now run every 5 min (down from every 30 min).
  - Changed to use .NET 4.7 [TFS14344]
  - Added help buttons to the Secure Trading and Moneris Canada credential fields on the gateway selection screen.

- Fixed Features
  - Fixed that various screen did not deep-link into the F1 Manual.
  - Fixed that Transaction Diff. Report window had an incorrect title (was called Settlements report)
  - Fixed that the Incoming/Outgoing payment means screen didn't correctly display the card number of the selected card.
  - Fixed an issue that would cause databases without certain fields to be unable to start with newer versions of iPayment. [EventUpgrade]
  - Fixed a bug that could prevent expired authorizations from being automatically reauthorized by the server component.
