In beas 2020.12 and up, some applications that used to appear in terminal or web app disappeared after doing an upgrade, even if they are included in the access group.
The reason is that in this version the licensing control for the Terminal / Web Apps has been correctly implemented in Beas. In previous releases, the licensing check system was not verifying correctly the running terminals against the licenses sales model in place for beas since more than 10 years.

Who is affected then?
The customers that create the goods issue or goods receipts manually at any time in the production process. These customers could experience limitations while trying to run the related functions. In such a case, we would kindly ask you to contact your channel manager writing to email@example.com. In order to avoid any service interruption for your live installations, our sales department will be able to issue a 20 days temporary license for your customer for supporting you while acquiring the needed license.
Who is not affected with this fix?
If a customer issue or receipt the materials when doing a time receipt, they will continue working normally, the Goods issue window will also appear in both Terminal/beas basic client.
When creating a time receipt from the terminal, the Issue window appears, where we can select or change the pre-assign items to issue.
Both issue and receipts were created.
This can also be done in the web app 2.1, here is an example.
The system pre-assign the items and quantities, this can be also modified if defined.
Both issue and receipts were created in SAP.
This functionality applies when we log off from an operation directly or from the pool report.
