- Changed Features
  - Made internal messages on PayNow / AddCreditCard links more descriptive
  - Credit card mappings are now also checked when switching between gateways
  - Batch result screen now includes the mark-up amount
  - All gateways now use the Cloud Connector to interact with the gateway when adding credit cards
  - When removing a line from a Sales Order, iPayment will now void unnecessary authorizations and only keep enough to cover the new doc total
