CRM for Outlook will require .Net 4.7 or higher installed as of February 2019

This is advance notice that CRM for Outlook will require Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7 or higher as of its February 2019 release. Most computers should be updated to this automatically through Microsoft Update, but otherwise different versions can be found for download here.
