The way iPayment is set up, the Add Credit Card page that appears to allow you to enter credit card information is actually an embedded webpage provided by your chosen gateway.
In most cases, if you are receiving an error when trying to enter the credit card details on this page you will need to contact your gateway to get further details on the error.
When contacting the gateway make sure to provide the error message you're seeing on their page.
If the gateway needs further details that you are unable to provide, or the issue requires our involvement, then you're welcome to submit a ticket to us, but in a number of these cases we aren't able to help before receving details from the gateway.
