  - Cybersource: Added support for Level 3 Data using Chase Paymentech Solutions as the underlying provider [TFS]

- Changed Features
  - Import Tool has been integrated into iPayment itself and can now be accessed under the Tool section of the iPayment menu [TFS17652]
  - Added Card Type to Ticket Data
  - Changed column headers on the Credit Card Expiration form to avoid confusion [TFS16913]
  - Error screen now also show the Technical Exception in cases where it is unclear that is wrong [TFS18673]

- Bug Fixes
  - Fixed that Authorize.NET Level 2 incorrect sent freight and tax as positive numbers if Credit Memos was included in Incoming payments.
  - Fixed that schedules did not work with authorizations [TFS19278] 
  - Fixed that if you had multiple Expired Authorizations with mark-up and created new a new authorization it incorrectly applied the markup too many times [TFS]
