If you are unable to see a production order in Produce, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Option 1: Verify production order information
Ensure the production order contains the correct and complete information. Specifically, check that:
- Ensure all items and resources for the production order are active.
- Verify route stages are correctly defined in the production order.
- Confirm resources have a set time per unit and UoM (time cannot be 0).
Option 2: Check synchronization between Netronic Manufacturing and SAP Business One
Verify that the synchronization process between Netronic Manufacturing and SAP Business One is functioning correctly. See Help center article https://boyumsolutions.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/27843237349533/e Link
Option 3: Restart the Service Layer
Option 4: Review SAP Business One stored procedures
This step is relevant if you have manually set up SAP Business One database or have made any modifications to the Store Procedures.
- Access the relevant database.
- Compare your existing stored procedures with the standard versions. Refer to the following resources:
- SBO_SP_PostTransactionNotice: Article Link
- SBO_SP_TransactionNotification & SBO_SP_PostTransactionNotice: Article Link
- If you have made any changes that differ from the information in the links above, you will need to restart the server.
- Alternatively, you can reimport all stored procedures and then restart the server.
