Log in to Netronic Manufacturing if your ERP system is SAP Business One

There are two sets of authentication that are used during the login:

• The Netronic Manufacturing credentials that provide access to the Boyum platform.
• SAP Business One credentials, that provide access to the SAP Business One database.

The company databases and user credentials are set up in Boyum Portal. For more information on the setup and on connecting Netronic Manufacturing to the SAP Business One Service Layer, see Enable communication with SAP Business One.

Follow this process to log in:

1. Go to https://app.boyumcloud.com/ and log in with your Netronic Manufacturing credentials.
2. Choose the database to use.

• The database is only available if it has been set up in the Boyum Portal. See Set up your Netronic Manufacturing license in the Boyum Portal for details.
• If you have your SAP Business One credentials set up in the Portal, and they are valid for the selected database, you are logged into the database.
• If you do not have your SAP Business One credential set up, or the existing SAP Business One credentials are not valid for the selected database, you need to provide valid credentials. Enter the correct user name and password to connect to SAP Business One. These details are associated with your Netronic Manufacturing user and you are logged into the database.

• If there is no valid license for the selected database, see No valid license for this database.
