MyPaperlow E-mail Document Upload

Customers can upload documents via email, to the MyPaperflow Engine for data extraction and classification. Once processed, these documents will be available in MyPaperflow for user handling.

Manage Multiple Companies

For customers operating multiple companies linked to separate ERP databases, distinct email accounts per company are required to manage document processing effectively.

Note: Each organization will have one email account, and emails will always be based on companies.

Unique Email Addresses: Each email address will consist of a unique random character string followed by the Boyum-IT domain. 

• Example Email: [Example]@mail.idp.boyumcloud.com
  

  The datastore first digits will be used as the email name!

Forwarding Setup: Organizations should establish their own internal email and configure it to forward messages to our designated email address.

• Example for forwarding: paperflow@companyemail.com auto-forwards to [Example]@mail.idp.boyumcloud.com
