What is MyPaperflow?
Let's start with the basics!
MyPaperflow is advanced AI-powered software designed to capture and process data from various financial documents, such as invoices, credit notes, and receipts. The engine can integrate this data into your existing ERP system or workflow, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data management.
Using advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology along with AI models.
MyPaperflow extracts, labels, and validates data, providing businesses with reliable and automated data entry solutions. This enables businesses to streamline their document processing tasks, reduce manual labor, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Note: Additionally, we offer optional manual validation for even higher accuracy.
The main windows
It is user-friendly and provides easy navigation.
In MyPapeflow, two primary windows will be integral to your workflow:
- Active tab -The primary window displaying newly uploaded documents and all active invoices.
- Processed tab - This tab offers an easy way to keep track of and review all documents that have finished the processing stage.

Useful Information
On both tabs you have the option to easily search through your documents.
Please enter the required information in the search bar, you can search based on the header row e.g.: ID number's first numbers "996..."
Arrange your documents with the header row, click on your preferred value.
Please note only one arranging filter can be used at the time.
1. Normal arranging/no arranging
2. From smallest to largest number/ A-Z order
3. From largest the smallest number/ Z-A order
