What is MyPaperflow?

MyPaperflow is advanced AI-powered software designed to capture and process data from various financial documents, such as invoices, credit notes, and receipts. The engine can integrate this data into your existing ERP system or workflow, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in data management.

Using advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology along with AI models.
MyPaperflow extracts, labels, and validates data, providing businesses with reliable and automated data entry solutions. This enables businesses to streamline their document processing tasks, reduce manual labor, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Note: Additionally, we offer optional manual validation for even higher accuracy.

On the left side, you will find the following menus.

Main menu items:

• Approvals
• Resource Center

• Processed tab - This tab offers an easy way to keep track of and review all documents that have finished the processing stage.

Approvals menu:

The windows are identical to those found in the "Documents" menu above.

MyPaperflow aims to make it easy for users to share feedback, get top-priority support, and find helpful documentation for using and onboarding with our product. By engaging with users, we can better understand the customers needs and improve our services
