From time to time the boyum support team might need a copy of your database in order to locate the problem you face. We will ask for this and there are a few different options to send us the database:
This is a public tool for sending files up to 20 GB. If you are OK with using a public tool for the transfer this is the preferred way. NB: Boyum Solutions is not in anyway related to weTransfer (we just find it to be a nice tool)
Your own FTP
If you have an inhouse FTP you can send us login details for us to download your database. This has the benefit for you that you do not need to upload the database to us.
If you do not wish to use a public option and do not have your own FTP you can request to get an FTP account on our end. Simple write it in you support ticket
