You can manage interest groups per. contact person and do single contact person synchronization to always have the most recent data in SAP.
Reports for bounce and unsubscribes are available and you may do syncing between all lists and contact persons in MailChimp and SAP. This allows you to keep contact person information clean and up to date.

The version installed on our server is VERY different from what is shown in this manual.
Everything for "Statistics - Business Partner" on Page 11 to the end of the manual is unavailable in our system.
We are on Boyum Version 2017.0.7.0
