How to - Create a Support Ticket

You need help from our support team?

To contact our support team, please create a ticket. A support ticket can be created at any time in the Boyum portal.

If you do not have access to the Boyum Portal yet, please have one created for you

If you already have a login, click on Support => Submit a Support Request

Fill in the form and submit it. Here you will find the guidelines for submitting a support request
