Measures, to reduce answer times: If more tasks are to be processes in parallel as MRP-run, calculations, during processing, no WEB requests can be answered. Alternative: start intense calculations and MRP run in a separate task. Crystal printing document can take much time: RTF-documents ma be used as an alternative. In future asynchronous document printing will be possible. Server works with DI-API. IF large documents are created, the WEB-server is blocked. In future, asynchronous creation of documents will be possible, Currently this is available for Purchase - goods receipt. The document creation can be processed in a second Task. |
Crash |
Service stops: If it occurs always at the same time: -is a certain task executed?
One reason may be memory overflow, for example during large calculations. View protocol for analysis. Additionally, stop the service and start the Beas server locally. Thus it is more easy to monitor the server. Possible measures: Configure the service, that Beas will be restarted after a short time automatically. Configure additional tasks to stop the service (app=close) |

The FTP-Libraries are not installed: start Windows Explorer with administration rights If this runs not correctly, an error message will be issued. A protocol is in the file %TEMP%\Beas_reg_log.txt If it will be shown that any DLL-files are missing, copy these from the target file in this directory. FTP cannot connect: Beas needs a FTP-connection to upload the file. |
